Out & About Quilt Kit, The Birdhouse
Go Out & About with Natalie Bird of The Birdhouse Patchwork Designs! This charming quilt design is inspired by the joy of getting out and about, exploring the world, visiting beautiful places, or simply enjoying your own neighbourhood and backyard.
The quilt is a wonderfully varied project combining several hand stitching techniques. You’ll work with stitchery, appliqué, English Paper Piecing and traditional patchwork. This combination makes it a quilt with plenty of variety, with a new section to discover and work on as you go.
The kit comes in a beautiful, sturdy box and contains all the original fabrics needed to make the quilt top, including fabrics for the quilt top and backing, as well as the pattern.
Please note: embroidery threads, EPP papers and templates are not included and are available separately.
With a finished size of 62 × 66 inches, approx. 157 × 168 cm, this is a wonderful quilt to enjoy making and to treasure when it is finished.
