Painters Threads 4 mm Silk Ribbon
The hand dyed Painters Threads silk ribbon is based on the premium Au Ver à Soie® Ruban de Soie and is made from 100% silk. Its soft, supple texture makes it ideal for ribbon embroidery, Crazy Quilting, floral embroidery and a wide variety of creative needlework techniques.
Each ribbon is individually hand dyed using an exclusive dyeing technique. As a result, every ribbon is unique, with subtle variations in colour and shading between dye lots. These gentle colour transitions give embroidery a natural, vibrant appearance and make every project one of a kind. All 40 colours in the collection are designed to harmonise beautifully with one another.
Please note that colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen. Because each ribbon is hand dyed, slight variations in colour are a natural part of the process and contribute to the unique character of every ribbon.
